Freshness, Precision and Lift
Domaine Jean-Féry produces both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a style that emphasizes freshness and drinkability without sacrificing structure. In addition to holdings in the Hautes-Côtes, the domaine also works parcels in more prestigious appellations, bringing additional depth to the range.
Fermentation is carried out with a focus on preserving the natural character of the fruit. The wines are aged in French oak barrels, where they develop texture and complexity while maintaining balance. The use of oak is carefully managed so that it supports rather than dominates the wine.
The wines are defined by their energy and clarity. Pinot Noir shows bright red fruit, subtle spice and fine tannins, while Chardonnay expresses citrus, white fruit and a clean mineral backbone. Domaine Jean-Féry produces Burgundy that combines accessibility with precision, offering a fresh perspective on classic terroirs.
