General Terms & Conditions

This is a concise summary of the general terms and conditions of Kemme Wines, intended for website use only.


For the full and legally binding version, please refer to our complete General Terms & Conditions, available upon request and included with every order confirmation.

1. Applicability
All offers, agreements and deliveries by Kemme Wines are subject to our general terms and conditions. Any deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing.

2. Orders & Agreements
An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation or delivery of the products. All offers are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing
All prices are ex VAT and include applicable duties unless stated otherwise. Prices may be adjusted in case of changes in external costs such as transport, duties or supplier pricing.

4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out according to our logistics schedule.
Orders from €500 ex VAT are delivered free of charge.
Orders below this amount may be subject to a delivery contribution.
Delivery times are indicative and depend on availability.

5. Inspection & Claims
Products must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible defects must be reported immediately. Claims regarding quality or defects must be submitted promptly and in accordance with our full terms.

6. Returns
Returns are not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing. Commercial returns (e.g. overstock or slow sales) are excluded.

7. Payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in additional costs and interest.

8. Retention of Title
All delivered products remain the property of Kemme Wines until full payment has been received.

9. Liability
Liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the relevant products. Kemme Wines is not liable for indirect damages or losses.

10. Force Majeure
Kemme Wines is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control.

11. Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
